Experience. The engineer is responsible for streamlining, automating, and managing the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications to ensure stable, rapid, and secure releases. They focus on maintaining CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), environment management, and collaborating with developers to resolve conflicts, enhancing overall software delivery efficiency. Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipeline Management : Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, often using tools like
GitHub Actions ,
Copado , or Gearset. Environment & Release Management : Manage sandbox refreshes, deployment orchestration (metadata/data), and branch strategies to maintain consistency from development to production. Automation & Optimization : Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed. Collaboration & Support : Work with developers, architects, and admins to resolve merge conflicts and debug deployment issues. Governance & Security : Ensure compliance with Salesforce CoE (Center of Excellence) guidelines, manage version control (Git), and implement security monitoring. 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with

in production Strong experience managing CI/CD pipelines, user stories, commits, and deployments Solid Git experience (branching, merges, conflict resolution) Experience managing Salesforce sandboxes and release cycles Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues and collaborate with developers and admins
