We acquire and operate multi-tenant industrial and commercial properties and take a hands‑on, detail‑oriented approach to leasing and value creation.

The Opportunity We are hiring a Leasing & Acquisitions Associate (0–2 years experience) to support both acquisitions sourcing and leasing execution. This is a high‑activity role. You must be comfortable being on the phone every day, making outbound calls, and following up persistently. You will work directly with Ownership and the Executive Team and get meaningful exposure to real deals, real leasing conversations, and real responsibility.

Responsibilities Acquisitions (Sourcing + Deal Support)

Make high-volume outbound calls to owners and brokers to source opportunities

Build and manage a pipeline of target properties and contacts (CRM discipline required)

Track conversations, next steps, and follow-ups with urgency and consistency

Support underwriting/diligence by collecting rent rolls, financials, and property details

Manage leasing efforts across portfolio

Make outbound calls to drive tours, renewals, and new leasing activity

Respond quickly to inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule tours

Maintain accurate availability, pricing, tour activity, and pipeline trackers

Support renewal outreach and tenant retention efforts

Gather market intel and tenant feedback to inform leasing strategy

What We’re Looking For

Based in Detroit, MI (or willing to be in‑office regularly)

0–3 years of experience (real estate, brokerage, sales, or customer‑facing roles a plus)

Competitive, high‑motor, and resilient

Comfortable making cold calls and being on the phone daily (required)

Clear communicator with a professional presence

Strong follow‑up habits and attention to detail

Bonus Points

Familiarity with commercial leases (NNN vs. gross), rent rolls, or brokerage workflows

Interest in commercial real estate investing and operations

Compensation & Growth

Base salary + performance‑based bonus tied to sourcing and leasing outcomes
