
Channel Marketing Specialist Job Description
SKS and LG Pro Builder Team is looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Specialist with strong understanding in both consumer and builder industry related to appliances or related fields. This position will focus on the company’s Portfolio of Brands and support brand objectives with trade customers digital footprint to grow brand market share and business goals. This role will work closely with sales teams, product and dealers, and report into the Sr. Director of Marketing of SKS/LG Pro Builder.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the digital asset catalog and ecommerce digital content amongst the brands product portfolio (LG, LG Studio and SKS) for sales and dealer support
Optimize workflows to ensure most up to date product information is present across dealers’ websites that adhere to brand guidelines
Strong collaboration with cross functional partners to support go to market strategies and launch assets
Serve as the brand lead to trade customers as first point of contact for brand assets and marketing initiatives to ensure brand guidelines are upheld across the retail and builder channel
Assist in development and execution of sales tools, retail content to drive strong market share and national success
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and confidence with retail/builder partners while being a brand advocate
Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify opportunities to drive business with customers leveraging product and brand assets
Maintain project timelines, marketing assets library and customer digital marketing needs
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in channel, trade retail marketing. Product management in related industry
2+ years of experience in B2B is a plus specially builder industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Pro and PIM supporting platforms (Akeneo, Bynder)
Exceptional communication, project management and presentations skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized, strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to deadlines
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionality with multiple teams
Full time role with flexible schedule including evening hours based on team scheduling needs and assignments
