You'll report directly to the Founder and lead efforts to expand the capital base, nurture investor relationships, and elevate our brand presence among high-net-worth individuals and family offices. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Lead Generation : Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, LinkedIn, and Twitter; research accredited investors, family offices, and wealth managers; craft personalized messaging; schedule introductory calls with the Founder. Investor Pipeline Management : Maintain all investor touchpoints in HubSpot (or similar CRM); ensure timely follow-ups; track conversion metrics and campaign performance. Investor Communications : Support pre-screen calls, take detailed notes, qualify prospects; draft tailored follow-up emails and quarterly updates; help prepare deal summaries and pitch materials. Social Media & Network Engagement : Manage LinkedIn and Twitter presence; engage with thought leaders; assist with social campaigns around live offerings, webinars, and investor content.
