The Role We’re looking for a hands‑on Marketing Coordinator to build and run our marketing engine. You’ll own our digital presence and help turn complex technical work in mechanical rooms and data centers into simple, compelling stories that attract the right customers and generate qualified leads.
What You’ll Do (High Level)
Own day‑to‑day marketing execution across
website, SEO, email, webinars, social, and basic video
Create and repurpose content: blogs, emails, landing pages, social posts, case studies, and one‑pagers
Plan and support webinars, tradeshows, and events
— from promotion to follow‑up
Maintain a simple marketing dashboard and use data to improve campaigns and conversions
Visit customer sites (hospitals, data centers, large facilities) to understand what we do and tell that story

You’re a
self‑driven B2B marketer
who likes ownership, learning fast, and seeing your work move the needle
You’re a
strong writer and content creator , comfortable on camera or hosting webinars/virtual events
You’re familiar with
WordPress (or similar), basic SEO, CRM/marketing automation (HubSpot or similar), and email campaigns
You’re curious about the water / facilities / industrial world
and willing to get your boots dirty in mechanical rooms
You live in
Maryland / Northern Virginia / DC
or are willing to relocate
Requirements (High Level)
~4 years in marketing, including
content digital
Experience managing a website and SEO basics
Experience with CRM/marketing automation and email campaigns
Experience with webinars or virtual events
is a strong plus
Technical, life sciences, or chemistry background is a plus (or ability to quickly learn technical topics)
