
Graphic Designer for Innisfree brand at AMOREPACIFIC US. Take active role in execution of all graphic design work for the Innisfree brand with APUS mainly supporting 360 campaigns which include digital, print, video editing, VMD, OOH, organic and paid social media. Bring a high level of creativity, passion and attention to detail and efficiency. Must have strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with large teams on complex projects.
Principal Accountabilities - Graphic Designer
Support Design Director in development and maintenance of 360 campaigns and all creative assets for the brand
Execute and oversee all phases of brand design for social, digital, print, video editing, etc
Prepare print files, installation guides etc with for external vendors as needed for VMD, PR mailers, event creative etc. and help ensure accurate execution of creative intent
Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with Digital, Marketing, Social and other teams whose activities intersect with creative
Communicate consistently and effectively with Project Managers, Art Director, Creative Director to keep projects on track for on-time delivery
Qualification and Experience
3+ years of design experience at agency, brand, and/or retail
Related experience in beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands preferred
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere)
BA or higher degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred
Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of digital/social channels.
Visual Merchandising and Video editing skills are strongly preferred
Motion graphic and 3D experience is also a plus
Skill Sets
Strong sense of design, image manipulation and cropping skills, keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Proactive, self-starter who is able to work under minimal supervision
Excellent organizational and management skills and positive work ethic
Ability to embrace constructive feedback and maintain a positive attitude
Ability to apply creativity to projects while working within brand identity design guidelines
Strong understanding of design principles and current design trends
