The Sales/Catering Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales/Catering Managers. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, high level of organizational skills, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of computer applications
Previous Administrative, Sales, Event or F&B Operational experience
Experience Preferred
Public Relations interface
Invoicing, billing, accounting
Event Sales and/or Food and Beverage Operational experience
