Your day will consistof providing exceptional experiences by guiding clientsthrough their renewal and shopping for other options withinG&G’s network of carriers. Additionally, you will servicecustomer’s requests as they relate to helping with policychanges and answering policy-related questions. As ourcustomer’s lives change, so should their insurance.Through the course of everyday customer interactions,you will identify and offer cross-sell and upsellopportunities. To be successful in this role, youshould have the gift of gab and be able to earn our clients’trust.
Ultimately, you willhelp build and maintain our reputation as a company thatoffers top-notch client experiences throughout the insuranceprocess.

What you’ll do…
Advise clients aboutthe impact that policy changes or additionscan have to theirpolicy
Guide clientsthrough their options during their renewal and assistthem with changing insurance companies withinG&G
Work with currentclients that have additional insurance needs, such aspurchasing a home, boat, motorcycle, RV, life insurance,etc
Save clients whomay be looking to change insurance agencies
Identify andrecommend cross-selling and upsellingopportunities
Make daily outboundcalls to complete customer service requests
Field inboundcalls/text/emails/faxes regarding customer servicerequests.
Educate our clientson the details of their policies
Leverage technologyto meet our clients’ evolving needs
Work throughcustomer service requests with quality andspeed
Build rapport toensure that all clients are receiving the reputable G&Gexceptional experience
Work effectively ina collaborative team environment
Solve complexproblems with multiple parties involved

Excellentcommunication skills: written, verbal, andlistening
Insuranceexperience is not required, we will reimburselicensing fees (license required before start date)and provide extensive training so you become aninsurance expert!
High School Degreeor equivalent
3-5 years ofrelevant work experience
Ability tomultitask, strong computer, analytical,decision-making, time management, and organizationalskills
