Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Expert for Solar, based in Crofton, MD, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Expert will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their solar energy needs, providing exceptional customer service, and cultivating positive customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, educating potential customers on solar products, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and delivering an excellent Customer Experience
Proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales processes, including lead generation and closing techniques
Outstanding Communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain technical concepts to clients
Proven ability to build connections and foster strong client relationships
Experience in the solar or renewable energy sector preferred but not mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
Self-motivated, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
