Salary $75,000 base salary plus commission, with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $150,000

Job Summary Our client is seeking a motivated and professional Territory Sales Representative to join its Field Sales team. This role focuses on both new business development and account management, providing the opportunity to represent a leading wellness brand and drive revenue growth while building strong client relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Achieve local sales, profitability, and cash flow targets

Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts

Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities, and maintain accurate CRM records

Build and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty

Provide market feedback on trends and competitor activity

Conduct customer and prospect visits in line with company sales standards

Manage complex sales cycles and present tailored solutions

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Territory Sales or a similar role

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

Proven success in solution-based selling and managing complex deals

Strong consulting sales approach and negotiation skills

Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce knowledge is a plus

Highly organized, result-driven, and proactive

Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills

Passion for fitness, wellness, and a customer-first mindset
