
Summary
The Treasury Management Sales Support Specialist I is responsible for delivering the best onboarding experience and service to our clients, focusing on accuracy and efficiency. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who utilize treasury management services. This position will support customers directly to resolve treasury management and general business customer service issues.
Specific Job Functions
Creates proformas and proposals.
Prepares, delivers, and collects Treasury Management agreements.
Schedules 1:1s with assigned sales representatives.
Assists with credit exposure forms, when needed.
When applicable, supports clients with training and testing.
Keeps continued communication with Treasury Management Officer and Banker regarding clients and processes.
Facilitates client demos.
Generates welcome emails to clients upon set up completion.
Assists clients with questions, requests, or issues regarding treasury products and services in a timely and efficient manner.
Reviews analysis statements to ensure accuracy prior to client receipt.
Reviews first client billing to ensure accuracy and resolve any issues prior to bill being sent.
Receives, identifies, and corrects/resolves internal and external calls related to Treasury Management services and billing issues in a timely manner.
Reviews Commercial Services Implementations setups.
Identifies possible cross sell opportunities to further the relationship with the clients.
Works closely with back-office staff on issues and resolutions.
Ensures that any issues are reported to management.
Assists on special projects (i.e. mergers and acquisitions and system conversions).
Performs all other duties assigned by management.
Minimum Job Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
0-2 years of administrative experience is required.
Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Must demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with co-workers and clients.
Experience with computer skills and Microsoft Suite.
Must be willing to travel when necessary.
