Overview Carecenta is looking for a driven and dynamic Account Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you’ll work directly with homecare and adult daycare providers to showcase Carecenta’s powerful platform, tailored to streamline operations, enhance compliance, and improve client care. If you’re passionate about tech-enabled healthcare solutions and thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business by identifying and pursuing opportunities within the homecare and adult daycare markets.

Conduct product demos, with a focus on ROI, operational efficiencies, and client satisfaction.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor to their business.

Effectively communicate Carecenta’s unique selling points and provide solutions to meet client needs.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role in SaaS sales, preferably within healthcare, homecare, or related industries.

Strong understanding of the homecare and adult daycare markets, including knowledge of regulatory requirements and operational workflows.

Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing and post-sale support.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex product features and ROI clearly to diverse audiences.

Ability to build rapport and trust quickly, using consultative selling techniques to identify and solve customer pain points.

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with experience in a metrics-driven environment.

Skilled in leveraging CRM tools (such as Salesloft, Salesforce, etc) for effective pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.

Familiarity with virtual demo platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) for remote client presentations.

Self-motivated, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented SaaS environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and tasks effectively.
