Cultivate customer relationships and provide essential support.
Deliver prompt, friendly customer service, which may include handling calls, addressing inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
Cross-sell additional products that are appropriate for the customer.
Assist in payment processing, claims handling, document management, and provide crucial backup to our sales team.
Embrace an evolving role with opportunities for expanded responsibilities over time.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
People-oriented and dedicated to exceptional customer service.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and a team player.
This is an in-office position. Remote working is not available.
