Responsible for prospecting and conducting Auris Payroll presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, with the goal of closing deals within a fast sales cycle. As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager. Activities include explaining our value proposition to clients via Atlas CRM, upselling current clients on other Heartland products and services, and maintaining regular communication with the Payroll Territory Manager (PTM) and/or Payroll Division Manager (PDM). Your role is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face-to-face via your network and referral partnerships. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses. During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in. Responsibilities

Prospect for new clients Maintain existing and prospective client records, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact information, and other relevant data in the CRM system (Atlas) Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments Continuously build knowledge of the product/service portfolio and developments within the financial technology industry Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with a leader Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance Successful completion of pre-employment background check Must live in the area relative to the job posting location At least two years of relevant experience Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Incentive-driven sales mindset Professional demeanor and integrity High sense of urgency and sales talent Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or GED Prior experience in a B2B sales role Prior experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot Competencies
