About the Role As part of our partnership, Metric is seeking a Regional Manager who will play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across a 10-state territory from the Midwest to the East Coast. This role involves managing key channel partners and direct account sales, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth through the application of radar-based safety solutions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing organization with significant scaling plans over the next few years.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and direct accounts
Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure they understand the technology and can effectively identify opportunities and deliver value to customers.
Drive sales growth across industries such as robotic automation and distribution centers, using a solution-focused sales approach tailored to customer needs.
Identify and explore new applications and markets to expand the presence of radar-based safety technology.
Qualifications
4–10 years of experience in industrial sales, ideally within sensors, automation, or safety products (experience in machine safety is preferred).
Expertise in both direct sales and channel management.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer and partner relationships with a consultative, solutions-driven approach.
Technical aptitude for industrial automation and safety solutions (an engineering degree is not required but advantageous).
Excellent communication and training skills to effectively support partners and clients.
