Overview This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. Candidates must be able to work EST or CST business hours.

What Product and Solutions Marketing contributes to Cardinal Health Product and Solutions Marketing defines marketing strategies and manages products and services throughout their life cycles to meet and exceed revenue and profitability objectives. This team identifies customer needs and executes marketing strategies for assigned portfolio(s). This team also defines pricing, positioning, promotion, branding, and distribution to drive customer loyalty, sales growth, and improved profitability.

Job Summary The Senior Global Product Specialist will lead core product management activities that will drive growth for the Fluid Management portfolio globally. An ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to execute strategic business objectives that enable sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Become a product expert for all elements of the global Fluid Management portfolio.

Support product lifecycle management activities for the Fluid Management portfolio, including but not limited to key projects or programs, change development processes, and data management.

Research and understand market trends. Determine product/service lifecycle implications and make recommendations to maintain market competitiveness and to achieve sustainable economic success.

Demonstrate intermediate knowledge of marketing and product management disciplines necessary for building business, product, and marketing plans.

Work collaboratively among cross-functional teams including R&D, sourcing, enterprise marketing, enterprise contracting, strategic pricing, customer service, finance, quality, regulatory, legal, inventory, and regional marketing teams.

Develop effective communication methods across all stakeholder teams.

Support and launch commercial tactics such as collateral development and sales/customer communications.

Support and lead portfolio management projects such as labeling, discontinuations, and product data management.

Exhibit strong financial acumen and logical decision making in the general business environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

2+ years’ experience in related field, preferred

Tenacity and willingness to roll up your sleeves and work quickly

Highly organized and able to multitask without impacting quality of work output

Strong prioritization skills with agility to reprioritize based on business needs and commitments

Ability to problem solve and think creatively

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Attention to detail required

Experience with SAP, AGILE, and Workfront preferred

Proficiency with Windows apps including Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), Zoom, Adobe, and Salesforce ideal

Ability to travel up to 10%

Ability to participate in up to 1 evening call each week

Anticipated salary range:

$68,500 - $82,000
