We are seeking a Business Insurance Sales Manager to join forces with established Farmers Insurance agencies across the Twin Cities region. Responsibilities
Work directly with existing agency clients to identify commercial insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
Educate clients on commercial coverage options
Build strong relationships with Farmers agents and their staff to become the go‑to resource
Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial production within partnered agencies
Maintain compliance with state and carrier regulations, and ensure all policies are written ethically and accurately
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development programs
Requirements
Active Minnesota Property & Casualty Insurance License (we do provide training and licensing if needed)
2 years sales experience in B2B
Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
Dependable transportation to travel to agency locations within the territory
