We’re seeking a
Social Content & Creative Manager
to support a consumer-focused Corporate Communications team and manage social content across the brand’s owned social platforms. This is a
junior-to-mid level, individual contributor role
that blends
hands‑on social content creation ,
content strategy , and
light project management
to scale high‑quality, on‑brand content across expert‑led channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is
social‑native , creates content themselves, and can balance planned campaigns with real‑time, culture‑forward moments.
What you’ll do Content creation & publishing
Concept, create, and publish short‑form social content, including:
Graphics and static imagery
Voiceovers
Reactive and trend‑based formats aligned to brand tone and cultural moments
Produce platform‑native content with a focus on
high‑quality stills/graphics and short‑form video
Comfortably create lo‑fi, self‑shot content when needed
Develop and execute content strategies and editorial calendars
Balance planned campaigns with real‑time and trend‑driven opportunities
Identify and capitalize on real‑time engagement moments by inserting the brand voice into relevant conversations quickly and authentically
Write compelling, platform‑specific copy with strong brand voice, sharp wit, and a deep understanding of social nuance
Performance & optimization
Evaluate content performance and engagement trends to inform and optimize future content planning
Translate insights into recommendations for content direction, creative strategy, and engagement tactics
Workflow & collaboration
Manage workflows and asset handoffs to ensure content is delivered clearly, accurately, and on time
Help define, document, and improve processes that support scalable content execution
Collaborate closely with internal partners and creators on quick‑turn content needs
Monitor social platforms, comments, and cultural discourse to spot:
Emerging trends
Audience behaviors
Conversation patterns
Translate social listening and community feedback into actionable insights
Platforms supported:
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn (graphics)
Content mix:
primarily stills/graphics with supporting short‑form video
Editing approach:
Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and in‑app editing tools
(not heavy post‑production)
What we’re looking for
3–4 years of experience
in social content creation, digital marketing, or agency roles
Proven experience as a
Social Media Manager and/or Content Creator
Strong portfolio of original, platform‑native social work required
High proficiency with tools such as:
Experience using social media tools for listening and engagement (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Hearsay, SiftAi)
Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone, humor, and messaging across platforms and formats
Experience working within editorial calendars while staying agile for real‑time moments
Ability to balance creative execution with strategic thinking and coordination
Highly organized and able to manage multiple deliverables and timelines
Comfortable appearing on camera and producing/directing self‑shot or lo‑fi content
