What to Expect
The Business Analytics team’s mission is to enable a data driven business and generate knowledge from our data. The team is responsible for providing data and insights on our business performance and associated processes, as well as on our customers and products. The team directly supports business leaders from our retail locations to those at headquarters, and up to our executive team. The team is looking to hire an Analyst with a specialized focus on sales programs and top funnel metrics. This role will be instrumental in analyzing and optimizing sales initiatives, driving lead generation strategies and providing actionable insights to enhance the effectiveness of our sales funnel. Developing intuitive and reliable dashboards using tools such as Tableau will be crucial to the Analyst's success. To be successful in this role, the Analyst will need to be experienced in analytics, be effective working on a project basis and be a strong communicator.
What You'll Do
Define and maintain metrics, reports and dashboards to understand and track sales business performance working with the Sales Operations team
Work on various data-driven projects including data analysis, modeling, and reporting
Collaborate with the Business Analytics and Data Engineering teams to gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources using SQL, Tableau and other data analysis tools
Develop a deep understanding of sales processes and top-of-funnel performance indicators
Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement and optimization using data insights
Communicate findings and recommendations to team members and business stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed
Communicate effectively with leaders to identify and address areas for improvement
Act as a database and system expert, providing support to users on related applications
What You'll Bring
Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, business or related field and 3-4 years of work experience or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in conducting data analytics within context of business operations related to automotive, sustainable energy or high-tech industries
2 years of experience in SQL/Python for data extraction and analysis
2 years of experience in Tableau or any other visualization tools
Strong knowledge of Database Management concepts
Strong experience in Microsoft Excel
Experience in Jira or Confluence
Experience analyzing data sets and providing insights and clear recommendations based on findings
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong English written and verbal communication skills & c an do attitude and self-driven individual

Expected Compensation $108,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. What You'll Do
