Job Summary Drees Electric is looking for a Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Sales/Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent our members on client support calls as well as assisting with sales of new appliances and mattresses. You are responsible for handling service requests, customer complaints, and some light book keeping. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.
This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. Ideally you are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Perform marketing and sales functions to sell new appliances and mattresses
Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
Schedule customer deliveries and service calls
Perform light book keeping and billing
Handle Incoming Receivables
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Basic Computer Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
