The Customer Engagement Specialist (CES) is a front-line, outbound sales professional responsible for initiating high-volume outreach to new prospects and re-engaging existing customers. This role serves as a critical pipeline driver for the sales organization by identifying, qualifying, and routing high-quality sales opportunities to Aesthetic Consultants and Executive Aesthetic Consultants. This position does not close sales. Success is measured by the ability to generate interest, qualify opportunities, and ensure a clean, timely handoff to the closing sales team. Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to physicians, Medspas, and aesthetic practices Re-engage existing customers to identify expansion, upgrade, or replacement opportunities Introduce the company’s aesthetic technology portfolio at a high level Confidently navigate gatekeepers and engage decision-makers Lead Qualification & Handoff

Qualify leads based on established criteria (practice type, decision-maker access, timing, budget, and intent) Accurately document call outcomes and opportunity details in Salesforce or designated CRM Submit fully qualified leads with complete notes to assigned sales consultants Ensure timely, clean handoffs to support strong conversion rates Pipeline & Activity Management

Maintain consistent outbound activity aligned with performance expectations Track follow-up cadence to ensure no opportunities are missed Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and qualification standards Qualifications

Required / Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience 1–3 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer engagement, or call center roles Medical device, technology, or B2B sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a high-volume outbound environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred Interest in or passion for the aesthetics industry 401(k) with company contribution Paid time off and parental leave Work-life balance with a supportive, family-oriented culture Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement
