Summary of the Job The Digital Producer is central to driving projects forward, serving as the bridge between creative vision and technical execution. This role is the liaison for all internal teams—including UX, Creative, Strategy, and Account Management— as well as external development, QA, and production partners to produce small to large‑scale projects. They deeply understand website development to manage the complex nuances of integrations, technical risk and best practices. Adobe Experience Cloud experience is required.

What You’ll Do

Produce projects throughout the project lifecycle.

Translate business requirements and conceptual creative ideas to digital execution with clear production plans and actionable deliverables.

Manage multiple quick‑turn projects on time and within budget.

Support website updates, launches, and optimizations in collaboration with developers and project teams, including regular site maintenance and content management responsibilities utilizing AEM authoring and Digital Asset Management.

Scope small to large scale digital projects accurately, building project plans and timelines.

Identify and help resolve blockers to keep the project moving smoothly.

Oversee project budget and timelines, as well as track and manage variances from project scope and schedule.

Provide frequent team communication via status reports that proactively identify risks and solutions related to project development, budget, and schedule.

Lead projects by providing guidance to the account team, project management team, quality assurance team, technical team, user experience and creative teams to ensure alignment and move the project forward successfully.

Ensure digital content meets accessibility, usability, and SEO best practices.

3+ years of digital production experience, preferably in an agency or creative setting, or 7+ years in a digital marketing non‑agency setting.

7+ years managing large‑scale AEM projects with experience authoring as well as managing.

Advanced mastery of project management and tracking software in Jira, Confluence, Workfront, or similar tools.

Experience working with CMS, Digital Asset Management platforms, and workflow management.

Familiarity with analytics and digital media best practices.

Ability to communicate and translate technical terminology to non‑digital stakeholders effectively.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
