to support advertising-related projects from our Culver City office. The Advertising Assistant will provide in-person support for advertising initiatives by assisting with coordination, preparation of materials, documentation, and internal communication. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and interested in gaining hands‑on experience in advertising support within a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and organization of advertising materials and documents
Coordinate project details and timelines with internal teams
Conduct basic market and competitor research to support planning efforts
Maintain organized records of advertising activities and materials
Support meetings, planning sessions, and in-person coordination tasks
Track project progress and assist with administrative support related to advertising initiativesEnsure all materials and documentation are properly prepared and filed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site office environment
Basic computer proficiency (documents, spreadsheets, scheduling tools)
