Pay Range:
The pay range for this job is $0 - $480.77 per hour; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.
We will meet minimum wage and/or any other applicable legal pay requirements based on city, county, and state requirements.

Position Overview
Execute interior & window changeovers & installations for stores. Includes: construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling & prop placement.
Conduct periodic walkthrough of locations, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual appearance of the site.
Prep for next installation or floor change.
Execute daily interior-set maintenance for store including repositioning mannequins, propping, merchandising, & sourcing products for presentations.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Visual presentation and rigging experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment
Strong time management and organizational skill set which enables managing and engaging the team
Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations
Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working and retail store hours (i.e., evenings after 9pm and weekends)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors, direct reports, and peers
General computer proficiency including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Passion and affinity for the Ralph Lauren brand
Strong time management and organizational skills to execute to a running punch list, maintain and install a rolling calendar and meet fast-paced deadlines with minimal direction.
