Knoxville, TN Job Id: 290 # of Openings: 1 JOB SUMMARY **Depending on level of experience, this role may be hired as Students Associate Pastor** Faith Promise is looking for a full-time Student Director or Students Associate Pastor who is passionate about joining a team that is going to Win the World. This role will report to the Pellissippi Student Campus Pastor andwillberesponsible for assisting in leading and growing the Student Ministry.It will require an individual to possess and develop exceptional leadership, team building, teaching, and management skills. Help lead the Student Ministry at the Pellissippi Campus with the rest of the Pellissippi Student Team:

Equip, lead, and mentor the Student team at the Pellissippi Campus, including but not limited to:

Leading volunteers Growing student ministry Teaching during Wednesday services

Commit to and maintain a personal spiritual growth plan

Serve as one of the Student Team at the Pellissippi Campus:

Ongoing teaching at Pellissippi student services Coordinate Winning Team members and ensure all tasks associated with weekly student services and events are accomplished Ongoing and strategic community presence through Winning Teams, including local chapel services, sporting events, schools, FCA, etc. Coordinate and oversee student events at the Pellissippi campus, such as: Leadership Retreats and MVMT Grow student ministry attendance and small groups Serve in weekend services

Build and maintain a Winning Team members system of the Pellissippi Student Ministry through but not limited to the following:

Groups: Build and maintain spiritual integrity of small groups by tracking ensuring groups are growing and birthing when necessary Group Leaders: Manage processes to assimilate new group leaders and ensure accountability of all group leaders through the coaching structure. Coaches/Senior Coaches: Maintain, train and grow student ministry coaches Crew: Maintain and grow key volunteers of weekly services and events

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

This position is a full-time,non-exempt role with an expected schedule of 40 hours per week. Benefit offerings include Medical Insurance, Health Savings Account, 403b Retirement, Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Critical Illness coverage. Employees also accrue paid Vacation and PTO time. Compensation is determined based on education and experience. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

3- 5 years of experience leading a group or team(can be ministry or non-ministry experience) High level of discernment and emotional intelligence Flexible and adaptable PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience leading a large students ministry, with a multi-layered volunteer structure Experience with non-profit organizations Experience in working with a growing or decentralized organization
