
About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a dynamic creative agency on a temp-to-perm basis, with conversion typically around the 90‑day mark. You’ll support a variety of client‑facing projects, often handling 1–2 engagements at a time with timelines of 1–2 months. Projects may include branding, core visual systems, storyboards, presentations, and production design.
You’ll work closely with Art Directors, Senior Designers, Producers, and management, with opportunities to broaden your skillset into animation, emerging tools, and production design.

Rate $30–$35/hr Then converting between $67K–$78K
Schedule 40 hours/week

Execute production design across print, digital, presentation, and spatial mediums
Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts
Create photography treatments, illustrations, and motion graphics
Assist Art Directors and Senior Designers in maintaining visual consistency
Build presentation templates and decks
Manage and archive files in Dropbox
Occasionally act in a client‑facing role (office or onsite)
Mentor Associate Designers and Interns
Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 1 week)

Strong graphic design portfolio
Expertise in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience with print, digital, presentation, and spatial design
Exposure to AI tools is a plus
