Social Media & Content Manager

for a high-profile, iconic brand portfolio. This contract role will play a critical role in shaping how the brand shows up across social and digital platforms in the U.S. market, driving engagement, relevance, and cultural connection. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands‑on, creative social leader who thrives in fast‑paced, brand‑driven environments and enjoys working at the intersection of culture, content, and community. Key Responsibilities:

Own end‑to‑end social media execution across major platforms (including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels) Lead social content strategy, planning, calendar development, and daily publishing aligned to brand and business goals Manage influencers and creators, including identification, partnerships, negotiations, and performance oversight Build and actively manage online communities, driving engagement while mitigating reputational risk What You’ll Be Doing:

Translate brand strategy into culturally relevant, social‑first content and activations Spot and activate real‑time and zeitgeist opportunities tied to food, culture, and consumer behavior Partner closely with brand managers, agencies, and cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns Track performance, test and optimize content, and provide insights and recommendations based on analytics Ideal Candidate Profile:

3–6 years of experience in social media management and content development Background in CPG/FMCG brands or agencies managing scaled content ecosystems Deep understanding of contemporary culture, digital platforms, and publishing best practices Strong writing skills, creative instincts, and confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders
