Calyx Living is actively seeking an energetic Resident Care Director - either RN or LPN - for our contemporary assisted living community! We are located in beautiful Fuquay‑Varina, one of the fastest growing towns in North Carolina, minutes from its two vibrant and historic downtown districts. As Resident Care Director you will oversee resident care at the community. A well‑qualified RN or LPN with experience in the following areas will be a strong fit: Overseeing a resident care department through supervising and hands‑on support of the care staff Managing and training resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery Ensuring regulatory compliance Completing resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents Conducting daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives Resident Care Director Qualifications RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina Minimum of two years nursing experience, long‑term care experience preferred Supervisory experience preferred If you have strong leadership and clinical nursing skills and are interested in being a Resident Care Director for a brand new, contemporary assisted living community, please apply here!
