Role Description
As a Door-to‑Door Representative at GFiber, you will promote client residential subscriptions through door‑to‑door interactions with residential homes or multiple dwelling units. You report to the local CAM.
This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities
Co‑lead a team of Door‑to‑Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance.
Assist the team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals within the territory; prospect new residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet services.
Build a lead pipeline through ongoing door‑to‑door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow‑ups.
Demonstrate expert communication skills internally and externally, partnering with other GFiber team members to ensure a seamless, end‑to‑end customer experience.
Display expert knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment; communicate the GFiber value proposition to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of door‑to‑door sales experience.
2 years of quota‑carrying sales or account management experience.
1 year coaching and training sales representatives in a leadership capacity (lead or manager).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation during the workday.
Ability to pass a motor vehicle record check that meets company standards.
Preferred Qualifications
3 years of experience in quota‑carrying sales.
2 years of sales management experience coaching and training other sales representatives.
Experience working in sales in the ISP or telecom industry.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other lead management software.
Demonstrated success managing long‑term relationships and meeting customer care success metrics.
Compensation & Benefits Competitive on‑target earnings (OTE) of $94,355 annually ($56,500 base + sales bonus) + benefits.
