Schedule/Expected work hours

6–8‑hour day and evening shifts

This position will primarily be from 6:30 am‑2 pm 5 days per week

Full time position available

Minimum one‑weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)

Responsibilities

Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.

Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.

Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.

Support daily Retreat operations including check‑in, transitions, and front desk excellence.

Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.

Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness‑focused environment.

Previous experience in membership sales is required.

Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.

Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.

Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.

Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.

Thrives in collaborative team settings.
