Responsibilities
Create and manage purchase orders
Communicate with domestic and overseas suppliers
Track order statuses and lead times
Review quotes and negotiate pricing when needed
Monitor inventory levels and restock as required
Resolve delivery or quality issues with vendors
Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation
Qualifications
Previous purchasing or supply-chain experience preferred
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable working with Excel and purchasing systems
Highly organized, with great attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative, supportive team environment
In-House Sales Representative (Chain Retail Accounts) Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic, relationship-driven In-House Sales Representative to manage and grow our business with national and regional chain retailers. This role focuses on account management, product presentations, and working cross-functionally to support customer needs.
Responsibilities
Manage existing chain store accounts and build new relationships
Present new product lines and seasonal assortments
Track orders, sales performance, and replenishment needs
Partner with internal teams on pricing, timelines, and logistics
Prepare sales decks, proposals, and follow-ups
Identify growth opportunities within assigned accounts
Qualifications
Experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales (preferred)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM tools
Team-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
Base salary plus performance-based opportunities
