OutsideSales Representative

to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Summary We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused

Outside Sales Account Manager

to grow and manage business within large‑scale residential projects. This role focuses on

multi‑family developments

(new construction and property management) as well as

large single‑family home builders and track home projects .

This is a high‑visibility, field‑based role for a sales professional who thrives on building long‑term partnerships, managing complex projects, and delivering solutions that add real value to builders, developers, and property managers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a strong pipeline of

large multi‑family and residential builder accounts

Prospect and build relationships with: Developers

Property management companies

General contractors

Large single‑family and track home builders

Drive sales from project specification through close, including pricing, quoting, and order conversion

Manage multiple projects simultaneously across various stages of development

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service and follow‑through

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction

Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming developments within assigned territory

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and growth objectives

Qualifications

3+ years of

outside sales experience , preferably in construction, building materials, appliances, or related industries

Proven success working with

multi‑family projects, builders, or property management groups

Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills

Ability to manage long sales cycles and large, complex projects

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory

What We Offer

Average total compensation range for this role is $75,000 to $200,00 annually

Competitive base salary plus

commission/bonus structure
