We are currently seeking a driven and customer‑focused
Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
to help grow our After‑Sales business and support long‑term customer success.
Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our market presence. This position blends both
“hunting”
and
“farming”
—identifying new opportunities while maximizing value within our existing customer base.
You will manage the full customer lifecycle, including prospecting, reactivating dormant accounts, following up on service visits, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring no service or sales opportunity is missed.
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales, Prospecting & Mining
CRM Mining & Reactivation:
Utilize the CRM to identify dormant accounts, run reactivation campaigns, and uncover new sales opportunities.
Quote Follow‑Up:
Persistently follow up on open Service and Parts Quotes to close business and achieve revenue goals.
Contract Renewals:
Track upcoming/expired service contracts and warranties; contact customers to secure renewals.
New Customer Prospecting:
Research and reach out to potential customers outside our installed base to expand market share.
2. Customer Retention & Follow‑Up
Post‑Service Follow‑Ups:
Call customers after service visits or new equipment installations to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
Customer Satisfaction Checks:
Conduct periodic wellness checks to maintain high CSAT and address issues early.
Data Hygiene:
Regularly update CRM data to maintain accurate, actionable customer information.
3. Scheduling & Strategic Planning
Proactive Scheduling:
Actively schedule upcoming service visits—don’t wait for the customer to call.
Calendar Management:
Build and maintain annual service calendars for key accounts, ensuring technicians are proactively booked.
4. Marketing & Engagement
Social Media:
Manage and engage in professional social media activity (especially LinkedIn) to promote services, share success stories, and stay visible within the industry.
Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years in Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, or Industrial Support roles.
CRM Proficiency:
Skilled in CRM tools for workflow management, opportunity mining, and detailed customer tracking—not just data entry.
Communication:
Strong phone presence and confidence in reaching out to lapsed or inactive customers.
Organization:
Ability to manage a complex schedule, follow multiple quotes at once, and keep tasks prioritized.
Compensation
Base Salary:
Competitive and based on experience.
Commission:
Performance‑based commission structure tied to revenue generation, quote conversion, and reactivation targets.
