Job Description The role supports the Business Development team and the National Markets and Sales Team (NMST) with a variety of administrative, operational, and event-related responsibilities. It also assists with recruiting, reporting, and special projects as needed.

Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities

Support the Business Development team with client acquisition and prospecting, meeting and presentation coordination, tracking and documentation of client meetings, account management, and organization and planning of client‑related events.

Assist with recruiting activities, including preparing for and following up on Zoom screens and in‑person interviews, and planning and organizing MY Relationship dinners and events.

Organize and track reports such as expenses, deployments, receivables, qualified leads, and meetings in CRM, Workday, and PowerBI.

Assist in all functional and operational aspects of leading and managing the National Markets and Sales Team (NMST).

Provide additional support within the office, market, region, or other pertinent departments to ensure effective collaboration.

Complete special projects as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibility.

Required Qualifications

4‑Year degree from an accredited university.

Ability and willingness to work a minimum of 45‑48 hours per week on average.

Direct, full‑time hire opportunity.

Ability and willingness to work in a Siegfried office as required for an average of four days per week, subject to policy changes.

Desired Qualifications

1+ year of professional experience.

Experience in a client‑facing position.

Advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.

Location You must be commutable to one of the following office locations: San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Silicon Valley, CA; Denver, CO.
