
We’re seeking an ambitious Account Executive with experience in the creative services industry. To be successful in this sales role, you should be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, be a natural at finding a way to engage with prospects and have a passion for selling creative solutions. As part of a dedicated and supportive team, your goal will be to increase business by breaking into new accounts as well as growing within existing accounts.
The day to day…
Strategically prospect new business opportunities and develop a pipeline of prospects, clients, and projects
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize creative outreach strategies
Responsible for the full sales cycle within a fast-paced environment
Propose solution-oriented recommendations for clients that align with our business goals
Nurture relationships with prospects and existing clients
Prepare proposals, SOWs, and estimates ensuring that scope is well defined, and expectations are established for a successful project
Maintain Salesforce database with opportunities, prospects, and clients

Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve goals
Ability to discover and grow business relationships
An organized mind that can keep track of details while keeping the big picture in mind
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Working knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot
Your experience and education…
A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two years experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
Experience within a creative service or interactive agency is a plus
