
Regional Sales Manager

We are currently seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our groundbreaking team! We are passionate about our mission, our people, and our patients. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue through referrals to our outpatient centers.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Conduct field rides with each representative at least 2 x per quarter
Train and develop representatives on best practices to increase results
Train new representatives to onboard in new territories.
Oversee all sales and sales support staff.
Qualifications
Previous experience in referral based healthcare sales required.
Healthcare management experience required.
Experience as a supervisor or manager required.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Strong leadership qualities.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Sales training experience.
Field coaching experience.
Must live within NYC/5 boroughs.
