We’re seeking a Client Care Manager (CCM)—someone who combines emotional intelligence with operational excellence—to serve as the trusted guide and primary point of contact for our clients. This role blends high-touch relationship stewardship with disciplined project leadership, all within deeply personal, meaningful work.

What You’ll Do Client Relationship & Experience

Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, building trust through clarity, warmth, and follow-through

Provide concierge-level support to accomplished individuals and families with high expectations and complex lives

Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and advocate fiercely for your clients internally

Guide clients through an often emotional, reflective process of legacy preservation with empathy and confidence

Project & Process Leadership

Oversee client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and documentation

Identify risks early, solve problems decisively, and bring solutions—not surprises

Contribute ideas that improve how we serve clients and operate as a firm

Qualifications

Proven experience in client care, account management, or project management (service-based environment preferred)

Exceptional communication and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team

Proficiency in CRM and project-management tools

Preferred

Experience working with HNW/UHNW families or multigenerational family businesses

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, history, or a related field

Five or more years of experience in a comparable role

Compensation & Culture

Starting salary of $65,000 or more, commensurate with experience
