At Müllerhaus Legacy, we don’t manage “accounts.” We walk alongside families and leaders as they preserve the stories, values, and legacies that matter most.
We’re seeking a Client Care Manager (CCM)—someone who combines emotional intelligence with operational excellence—to serve as the trusted guide and primary point of contact for our clients. This role blends high-touch relationship stewardship with disciplined project leadership, all within deeply personal, meaningful work.
If you love people, thrive on responsibility, and take pride in doing things the right way, this may be the most rewarding role you’ve ever had.
What You’ll Do Client Relationship & Experience
Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned clients, building trust through clarity, warmth, and follow-through
Provide concierge-level support to accomplished individuals and families with high expectations and complex lives
Anticipate needs, communicate proactively, and advocate fiercely for your clients internally
Guide clients through an often emotional, reflective process of legacy preservation with empathy and confidence
Project & Process Leadership
Oversee client projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and documentation
Identify risks early, solve problems decisively, and bring solutions—not surprises
Contribute ideas that improve how we serve clients and operate as a firm
Who Thrives Here You’ll likely excel in this role if you:
Enjoy being deeply responsible for people and outcomes
Are energized by detail, follow-through, and high standards
Can balance compassion with clarity and structure
Value tradition, family, history, and meaningful work
Are comfortable working with successful, opinionated, and discerning clients
Qualifications
Proven experience in client care, account management, or project management (service-based environment preferred)
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and budgets
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
Proficiency in CRM and project-management tools
Preferred
Experience working with HNW/UHNW families or multigenerational family businesses
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, history, or a related field
Five or more years of experience in a comparable role
Compensation & Culture
Starting salary of $65,000 or more, commensurate with experience
In-office position with flexibility for life’s realities
401(k) match and health stipend
