LivAway Suites is building something different in hospitality—and we’re looking for a Regional Manager of Brand Sales who wants to be part of it. This role is responsible for driving new business across the LivAway Suites® portfolio by leveraging our proprietary

SellAway™ sales platform . You’ll operate as an entrepreneurial sales leader—building relationships, opening doors, supporting hotels, and expanding our presence in the fastest-growing segment of hospitality:

Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with brand goals and revenue targets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of national, regional, and local corporate clients Clearly communicate LivAway’s differentiated value proposition to prospective partners Secure business across the full portfolio of LivAway Suites hotels Build Relationships That Matter

Partner closely with franchisees, owners, and hotel leadership teams Represent LivAway Suites at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows Negotiate corporate contracts and manage key accounts Provide best-in-class pre- and post-opening sales support Own Performance & Execution

Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and KPIs Present progress and insights to brand leadership Ensure contract compliance and proper implementation at the hotel level Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales platforms Collaborate Across the Organization

Work closely with PMC Revenue Management and Operations to align sales, rate, and occupancy strategies Collaborate with internal and external marketing partners on sales collateral and promotions Support and mentor hotel-level teams with sales tools, training, and guidance What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of successful hotel sales experience, preferably in economy or mid-scale extended stay Experience in hotel operations or hotel-level sales Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a multi-unit environment Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills Self-starter mentality with comfort working independently and cross-functionally Proficiency with Microsoft tools, CRMs, and lead enrichment platforms Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time Alignment with LivAway’s core values:
