
Regional Sales Manager - Multi Family

Summary of Position and Responsibility All Allied Interior Solutions is searching for a Regional Sales Manager - Multifamily with an eye on future growth and the experience to grow revenue and maintain the existing customer base at the highest level of satisfaction. In this position the successful candidate will direct and oversee the company’s sales policies and objectives, will set short and long-term goals, and execute a cohesive strategy to increase revenue. The sales manager will employ creative measures and set plans to build and nurture relationships with current and future clients. Regional Sales Manager will need to have experience in the multi-family cabinet and countertop sales with a minimum of 5 years experience and a track record of yearly sales growth.
Responsibilities
Establish sales objectives and forecasts to achieve budget goals.
Multi-Family Cabinet and Countertop experience.
Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support and development to the assigned sales team, participate in closing orders, and facilitate the selling process.
Implement local sales programs by developing field sales and action plans.
Implement field sales strategies and programs to grow the customer base.
Drive market competitiveness and sales growth by optimizing price points to the marketplace while achieving target margins. Increase sales volume and optimize selling price by staying current with supply and demand, market trends, economic indicators, and competitive landscape.
Maintain industry knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; and participating in professional societies.
Grow assigned territory to 15-20 million+ per year.
Effectively utilize software systems to manage customer accounts, document actions, and hurdle dates.

Qualifications (Education, Certifications, and/or Training)
Preferred Education: 4-year college degree with preference to field of business or marketing.
Required Experience: 5+ years successful sales management experience in multi-family cabinet and countertop; successful track record of yearly sales growth.
Preferred Experience: Knowledge of construction and/or countertops industries a plus.

Outgoing, driven personality with a high level of integrity.
Strong consultative and persuasive selling skills.
Superior interpersonal skills.
Aggressive self-starter with strong bias for action and results orientation.
Flexible; ability to adapt style/approach based on situational dynamics.
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced multi-task environment.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desire for personal growth and professional success with a proven track record in sales management.
This position reports directly and indirectly to the Director of Sales, Business Development of the company.
Work Environment This position will be performed largely on the road with frequent travel. It will also be performed in an office environment.
Physical Demands This position may involve physical activity, such as lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
Travel Requirements Frequent travel is expected and this position involves covering a sales territory composed of multiple states.
