What you’ll do Guide our residential remodeling and custom home projects throughout the Lehigh Valley. You’ll work hands‑on with a talented carpentry team—from rough framing to finish carpentry—bringing homeowners’ visions to life with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Lead and work hands‑on beside the carpentry team
Review drawings and plans to organize and execute jobs efficiently
Make decisions on site about what work to delegate versus what to personally take on
Build trust and communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
Collaborate with project managers and designers to bring clients’ visions to life — from framing through finish work
What you need to thrive in this role
4+ years of carpentry experience (lead experience preferred, but skilled tradespeople ready to step up will be considered)
Strong framing, drywall, and trim carpentry skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job drawings
Experience installing cabinetry and millwork; tile experience a plus
A valid PA driver’s license and strong communication skills
A team player with pride in craftsmanship, reliability, and a great attitude
