TheMarketing and Communications Coordinator supports PriMED Physicians’ internal and external communication efforts, coordinates marketing initiatives, supports growth initiatives manages content across multiple platforms, supports brand awareness and consistency, coordinates community events and provides administrative and event-related support. This role works collaboratively with leadership, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear, timely, and consistent messaging across all PriMED locations. This position is full time at 30 hours per week with potential to grow into 40. Hybrid - Must be local to Dayton, Ohio. Pay Range depends on experience - $24-29/hour Essential Duties and Tasks

Marketing & Communications Coordination

Support the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies Develop and maintain an editorial calendar Attend meetings related to marketing, communications, and organizational initiatives External Communications

Update and maintain website content; monitor performance and manage “Contact Us” inquiries Assist with planning, posting, and monitoring organic and paid social media content Manage online listings and reputation platforms, including Google and Bing Coordinate patient‑facing communications, including portal messaging, direct mail, email, in‑office materials and on‑hold phone messages. Support sponsorships, community events, giveaways, and branded swag Assist with print and digital advertising placement Ensures content and communication meets compliance and regulatory requirements Internal Communications

Prepare and distribute internal newsletters Prepare and disseminate Fast Facts and special announcements Support critical and time‑sensitive internal communications Vendor, Partner, and Brand Management

Coordinate with outsourced vendors and marketing partners Assist with managing timelines, deliverables, and communication Maintain and organize brand and marketing assets to ensure brand consistency Administrative and Operational Support

Maintain monthly meeting calendars and internal directory Order marketing materials, business cards, and office supplies, Order food for provider and division meetings Support operations of online company store Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, handling faxes, voicemails and responding to inquiries Involvement in Employee Engagement Committee, including serving as committee’s secretary, assisting with the planning and coordination of holiday and employee appreciation events. Qualifications, Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate degree with equivalent work experience considered Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support Strong written and verbal communication skills High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Knowledge of applicable healthcare marketing and communications regulations, including HIPAA, patient privacy standards, and regulatory requirements impacting physician practices. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare, physician practice, or professional services Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact), WordPress and Canva. Experience coordinating vendors or external partners Work Environment and Physical Demands

Primarily remote work environment Occasional in‑office or event attendance required Must be able to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally for events or office materials The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
