Accountabilities

Own the end‑to‑end strategy, planning, and execution of corporate, sales, and field marketing events across EMEA.

Partner closely with Sales and Regional Marketing to support pipeline‑driving and demand‑generation events.

Lead all planning and logistics including venue sourcing, vendor management, and on‑site execution.

Coordinate event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Own event registration and attendance tracking using event platforms.

Oversee event budgets for assigned programs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.

Analyze qualitative and quantitative event performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Serve as a trusted advisor to internal partners, providing both strategic insights and executional expertise.

Collaborate with Sales on event audience strategy.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or experiential marketing.

Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, and external vendors.

Strong understanding of logistics and strategic context of events.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent programs.

Proactive and detail‑oriented problem solver, adaptable to changing demands.

Ability to travel 30%.
