Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sponsorship & Ad Sales Executive role located in St. Petersburg, FL. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing, managing, and sustaining relationships with current and potential sponsors and advertisers. Key duties include identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating sponsorship and advertising agreements, creating tailored sales presentations, collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with production goals, and maintaining a database of clients and sales activities. The role also involves achieving sales targets and assisting with the development of marketing materials to support business growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in sponsorship sales, ad sales, and account management
Expertise in client relationship building, negotiation, and strategic partnerships
Strong marketing, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies
Proficient in CRM tools, data analysis, and sales reporting
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals
Minimum 2 years sales experience with a strong drive to close
