
Position: Marketing Coordinator + Graphic Design
Location: hybrid onsite in Durham, 3 days in office
Salary: $70k-78k base + 10% bonus + full benefits, LTIP stock

MUST:
Bachelor's degree required, marketing or related degree
3 years of marketing coordinator experience
Has marketing graphic design skills, has a quick eye for design, creative
Strong experience with Adobe Suite
Eager/self-motivated, great with multitasking, strong communication, great attitude
Background of marketing execution
i.e. Will be asked to coordinate production of 3 social media assets, 3 emails, and a press release
Has exposure to social media marketing
Infographics design experience
Social graphic design
Interest or experience in video editing
Experience with presentation creation
PLUS:
Experience using Figma and Sketch
Has a portfolio
DAY TO DAY: This fast growing tech focused insurance firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team as a full time employee in Durham. The Marketing Coordinator executes marketing campaigns along with a variety of other tasks. Other gasks could include but aren’t limited to: collecting data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve a company's marketing efforts. This could also include but isn’t limited to: updating marketing documents, doing research on conferences and special events, researching playbook of items, assisting with executive events, ordering of marketing documents and materials, assisting on branding and logo creation, helping with publication design- rate sheets, creating new branded docs, ability to utilize templates, ability to help out UI UX team, and helping coordinate press releases/social media campaigns/email marketing. You will also work with our videographer on scheduling and could be asked to help out on budgeting for the entire marketing department as well as presentation creation. Overall, you will work with the marketing team which is comprised of 6 people currently to achieve marketing goals.
