About the role As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies that reflect the brand’s heritage while propelling it forward. You will oversee marketing campaigns from concept to execution, analyze market and consumer trends, and ensure CD Peacock’s voice and identity are consistently communicated. This role blends strategic planning, creative thinking, and data-informed decision-making to build customer engagement, brand equity, and business results.

What you'll do

Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, email, and in-store channels

Develop 360° campaign strategies that support product launches, brand moments, and seasonal promotions

Manage the marketing calendar and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and on‑time execution

Partner with internal departments (sales, ecommerce, client development, creative) to ensure messaging and goals are unified

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign direction

Champion brand storytelling with a sharp eye for luxury positioning, customer insights, and content innovation

Mentor and guide the marketing team, fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high‑performance culture

Oversee the Social Media & Marketing Assistant and delegate executional tasks where appropriate

Collaborate with external partners, including agencies, designers, influencers, and vendors

Serve as the point of contact for PR and media relationships; oversee media placements and public relations efforts

Manage the marketing budget, ensuring smart allocation of resources and positive ROI

Track key performance indicators and campaign results to refine strategy and drive continuous improvement

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity

Stay current on marketing trends, technologies, luxury consumer behavior, and relevant cultural events

Qualifications

Strong background in luxury retail marketing

Strong knowledge of and passion for jewelry and watches

5+ years of experience in strategic marketing, including campaign ownership

Hands‑on experience managing both traditional and digital marketing channels

Proven track record managing campaigns, teams, and external vendors

Deep understanding of social media platforms, from functionality to paid advertising products

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop innovative and original ideas

Strong proficiency in digital media and social media metrics, analytics, and monitoring tools

Strong Photoshop and video editing skills for high-quality content creation

Strong copywriting and editorial skills with the ability to quickly adopt, shift, and evolve tone of voice (editorial or copywriting experience required)

Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate content and program effectiveness, paired with exceptional attention to detail

Strong understanding of market trends and the ability to respond quickly to evolving customer shopping behavior

Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Self‑starter with the ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment and manage shifting deadlines across multiple projects

Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work well under pressure with a flexible and positive attitude

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Availability to work onsite 40 hours per week

Pay Range The pay range for this role is:

80,000 - 100,000 USD per year (Corporate)
