About the Role Rhone is looking for an Email Marketing Associate to support the execution of our Email and SMS marketing programs. This is a hands‑on role focused on building, launching, and monitoring campaigns while supporting broader customer retention initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly organized, and excited to learn and grow within CRM and lifecycle marketing. You’ll work closely with the CRM team and cross‑functional partners to help deliver engaging, on‑brand communications that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Build and deploy Email and SMS campaigns, including setup, segmentation, QA, and scheduling within our ESP/CDP.
Assist in maintaining the email and SMS marketing calendar in collaboration with the CRM team.
Partner with Creative and Brand teams to ensure campaigns are on‑brand and executed accurately.
Support the QA and approval process to ensure high‑quality customer communications.
Help implement testing initiatives and apply learnings to future campaigns.
Customer Journeys & CRM Support
Learn and support the CRM tech stack to help maximize platform capabilities.
Assist with customer acquisition and list growth initiatives, including signup and engagement programs.
Support personalized messaging efforts using available customer data.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support customer journeys across digital channels.
Reporting & Insights
Assist with weekly performance reporting, tracking key email and SMS metrics.
Help identify trends and insights to inform future campaign optimizations.
Support data hygiene and reporting processes across CRM systems and platforms.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing (retail or apparel experience a plus).
Foundational understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices.
Experience working in an Email Service Provider (ESP) or CRM platform such as Klaviyo, Listrak, or Braze.
Comfort with basic segmentation, targeting, and campaign setup.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
Basic to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
