What you’ll get to do:
Help serve as the "Voice of the Bank".
Support product marketing initiatives, campaign execution, partner toolkits, and customer‑facing communications to drive awareness, education, and production.
Design, coordinate, and execute effective marketing collateral and programs to support internal products, marketing campaigns, and key growth initiatives across mortgage, deposits, lending, and other product lines.
Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional initiatives across multiple product lines, with responsibility for campaign timelines, creative development, and compliance coordination.
Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, blogs, and content for web and print publications, including product education, homeownership resources, financial wellness content, and campaign features.
Work with appropriate team members to design, create, coordinate, and execute the Bank’s cause‑marketing and community initiatives.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining the Bank’s websites for accurate and compliant content across all product lines.
Develop, manage, and enforce Farm Bureau Bank’s Branding Guidelines across all channels and audiences.
Implement and enforce marketing policies and procedures to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance, including adherence to banking and mortgage advertising standards where applicable.
Assist with coordination of the Bank’s presence at tradeshows/conventions, state meetings, industry events, and other partner or customer‑facing events (marketing, booth, social media, and more).
Provide support as a subject matter expert in cross‑functional teams and collaborate with all internal partners, including IT, Sales, Mortgage, Relations, Compliance, Training, Operations, Product, and Project Management.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years’ experience managing projects and marketing campaigns including creative, production, and performance tracking.
Experience marketing financial services products such as mortgage, consumer lending, deposits, or credit cards strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of mortgage, consumer lending, or financial services marketing highly desired.
