The Regional Marketing Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in advancing Forvis Mazars' brand presence across diverse B2B and B2C audiences. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position blends strategic marketing, event management, communications, and business development support.
In this role, you'll partner closely with regional leaders, sector teams, and firmwide marketing professionals to uncover new business opportunities, elevate the client experience, and execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact. What You Will Do
Strategic Marketing, Communications & Brand Building
Identify and implement high‑impact B2B and B2C marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and generate demand for Forvis Mazars services.
Partner with Market Sector Leaders (MSLs) to develop sector‑specific marketing plans and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.
Support regional go‑to‑market strategies for the Private Client sector, guiding campaign planning, content needs, and execution.
Draft compelling internal and external communications, including newsletters, marketing collateral, presentations, and client‑facing content.
Event Planning & Client Engagement
Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of seminars, roundtables, speaking engagements, client appreciation events, and market‑facing experiences.
Conceptualize new and creative approaches to prospecting events and lead‑generation activities.
Identify and coordinate strategic sponsorships and community involvement opportunities that strengthen regional presence and align with business priorities.
Business Development Support
Assist partners and practice leaders with nurturing prospective clients by conducting research, preparing customised communications, and enabling meaningful touchpoints.
Actively participate in pursuit efforts by contributing market research, competitive insights, and project management support.
Manage CRM data – including contacts, updates, and reporting – to support accurate pipeline visibility.
Digital & Social Media Execution
Draft and submit engaging social media content reflecting regional activity and client impact.
Support the development of local advertising strategies and coordinate placements with regional marketing leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
3 years or more of experience
