Job Title: SuccessFactors Functional Consultant/SuccessFactors Consultant

We are looking for an experienced

Consultant/Engineer

to research, design, configure, test, and manage software solutions that enhance and maintain enterprise products and solutions to meet evolving business needs. In this role, you will actively design, configure, and deploy high-quality solutions by leveraging application best practices, software design principles, ingenuity, creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. Working in an Agile environment, you will deliver innovative functionalities and continuous improvements while managing legacy systems and technology debt. Requirements & Experience

Bachelors degree in related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance / Accounting, etc.) or equivalent combination of education and work experience Typically, 7+ years of experience with full lifecycle implementations and providing support Experience in Agile methodology (preferred) SuccessFactors Expertise

Deep understanding of SuccessFactors with strong functional knowledge of: Employee Central Onboarding, RMK & Recruitment Performance Management Goal Management Succession Planning Compensation & Variable Pay Workforce Analytics / People Stories Technical Skills

Proficiency in configuring and customizing SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements Knowledge of how SuccessFactors integrates with other applications Integration knowledge with SAP and SuccessFactors is preferred Experience working in any modules of SAP / S4 HCM / SuccessFactors is desirable Job Title: SAP HCM Technical Consultant/SAP Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a skilled

Consultant/Engineer

to research, design, configure, test, and manage software solutions that implement, enhance, and maintain products and solutions aligned with business needs. This role involves designing, configuring, and deploying high-quality solutions using application best practices, software design principles, ingenuity, creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills. You will work in an Agile or DevSecOps environment to deliver innovative functionality and continuous improvements while managing legacy systems and technology debt. Qualifications

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field Plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as a software developer SAP HCM Expertise

Knowledge of SAP ECC HCM modules: Payroll Organizational Management Time Management Tools & Technologies

Knowledge of BSI Tax Factory, Solution Manager, Jira, and ALM Experience with: Custom functions and operations Service pack installations Scripts SAP Forms Software development lifecycles (DevSecOps or Agile) Certifications

SAP Certifications: HCM Payroll and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (preferred but not mandatory)
