The Brand Manager, E-Commerce, is a key member of the e-commerce marketing team, driving online growth across a leading confectionery portfolio. This role is ideal for a data-driven, hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and wants to shape the future of candy in digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to meet revenue and profit targets across key e-commerce channels.

Collaborate with media agencies and retail partners to plan and manage digital advertising campaigns (e.g., search, display, retail media).

Partner with internal brand/creative teams and external agencies to develop enhanced content, seasonal refreshes, and product imagery.

Work with customer service teams to address product-related issues and improve consumer experience.

Manage product changes and updates to ensure all online content is accurate, optimized, and aligned with current shipments.

Lead new item setup with e-commerce and retail partners.

Monitor the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Develop end-to-end launch strategies for new products in e-commerce channels.

Design and execute launch campaigns to drive awareness, trial, and conversion.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to implement new product launches on platforms such as Amazon.

Support the Director of E-Commerce in planning and executing market research studies to uncover consumer and shopper insights.

Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance for internal stakeholders and senior management.

Contribute to the vision and long-term strategy for cross-portfolio e-commerce growth.

Manage and track the monthly e-commerce budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

4+ years of experience in brand management, e-commerce, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably within consumer packaged goods (CPG) or food/confectionery.

Experience managing e-commerce platforms and online retail partners (e.g., Amazon, retail.com, marketplaces).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.

Proven experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional teams.

Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of ownership.
